Userexit/Badi/Enhancement for Release strategy change in ME21N check

Hello gurus

I have a requirement for release strategy in the purchase order

My requirement is lets say I have two PO release strategies say R1 & R2

1) I have a material say X whose actual price is Rs.100/- per unit, when I create a purchase order with Rs.100/- per unit it will trigger release straregy R1

but when I procure same material X with price as Rs.150/- per unit it should trigger the release strategy R2, since per unit price is greater than Rs.100/-.

This is not Value based but Net price per unit.

2) What If I have both the cases in the same purchase order for multiple materials?
