Another thing to check is to make sure that the Sales Order Line Item is account assigned to the WBS element and not just the Sales Order Header.  The account assignment in the SO header is not really an account assignment it is only used to populate the account assignment in the SO Line Items.   Depending on how the SO was created the header can have a WBS assignment but none of the line items.

Please check your account assignment in va03 transaction wbs is there or not?

i am sure CN55n standard report show sale order. or you may check direct in concert table as gokul suggested.

Hi Praveen,

I agree with Gokul.

Check standard report like CN41,CNS41 and see you are able to display Project Sales order.

It is important that in the account assignment of Sales order, WBS element is mentioned.

Hi,

it might not be the strange. check other standard transaction to confirm SO is being displayed. As ken suggested check WBS might not have assigned at header level instead of line item level. this kind of error might not occur but still can check.

Also check the entries at Table VBAK level?.

Check for your role access to view information. capture SU53 and discuss with your security team if any missing autho objects.

Thanks,

Hi,

This might seem silly, but i would like to know if the sales order you are searching for has this WBS assigned. In case you are sure, why dont you check some other standard SAP PS reports and try to find out the Sales Order?

Alternatively you can also check standard SD tables and try to find out.

Regards,

Gokul
