ChaRM Urgent Correction

Hi,

I have configured ChaRM for 3 system landscape Dev -> Quality -> Prod

Transport Requests move from Dev -> Qulity -> Prod, this is fine.

But there are some Transport Request which dont move to Production, but they  remain in Qulity system only.

How to handle this, as we need to complete the Urgent Correction & without proceeding TR to Production we cant close the UC.
