Error in Initial Stock Upload in EWM - Product does not exist

Hi All

I am new to EWM and ERP. I have created required configurations in both the systems and wanted to load initial stock in EWM WH. When I upload CSV file using /SCWM/ISU, I am getting below error.

Product 2506 does not exist

Product does not exist

Unit of measure EA does not exist for product 2506

I sent this material from ECC to EWM and added to my warehouse also. Even then also, I am getting this error. Am I missing anything here? Please guide.

I tried to ignore the upload errors but I am not allowed, getting below error.

"The updated data contains errors. No goods receipt posting possible".

Hi Sasidhar Gupta,

1. Please check whether uploading stock material exist in EWM . if not CIF the material.

2. Please check the batch also whether exist in EWM .

3. Above things exist correctlly. check your CSV file any spaces exist.. for product.

     In case any extra space exist also system cannot identify or validate properly.

Hello Sasidhar,

You can use the CIF (Core Interface) functionality to tranfer the material data (product data) from SAP ERP system to SCM EWM system.

I have CIFed master data from ECC to SCM EWM. But the stock will be 0. If I want to reflect current stock in warehouse into EWM, initial stock upload is required. This is where I got stuck.

Hello Sasidhar,

You can upload the stock in SAP ECC System where an Inbound delivery document is created and transmitted to SCM EWM System via qRFC Call. Please check... (The Stocks will also match in both the system if the initial uploading is carriedout as mentioned above)
