Folder Rights in SSO

Hi

I am facing weird problem in Windows AD SSO.When I login to BI Launchpad SSO is working fine and showing all the folder which I have access.Now when I log off the browser and login manually with another user account initially it is showing all the folder access of that particular user, but when I refresh the browser the folder access of System login user are showing instead of manually logged in user.When I tested with Rich client all the access are working as expected.In the Tomcat logfile Kerbrose is granting tickets to the logged in user.Please suggest how I could resolve the issue.

Hi Perri,

It seems that the session is not getting logged off properly, before loggin in with a different user id manual authentication make sure to close browser window and logon open BI launchpad using following link.

http://server:PORT/BOE/BI/logonNoSso.jsp
