XI 3.0 Simple Use Cases problem

I have installed and configured XI 3.0 SP12 and trying to figure out how to use it. I found the'XI 3.0 Simple Use Cases' document. I am having a problem in one of the processes, 3.1. It ask me to double click on the integration scenario XiPatternOneStepScenario. The problem is XiPatternOneStepScenario does not exist. A whole bunch of other integration scenarios exist but not the aforementioned on. Any one have any ideas?
