Current payroll payment date 30.05.2013 less than last payroll payment date 01.02.2014

Dear Experts,

I want to change the above error message to warning message. Is it possible? Please let me know. I think in FI it is possible to change the error message to warning message and vice versa. Is it possible in HR?
