Hello all!
We have setup several actions for sending emails automatically when a document changes a mail is sent to the processor. When several changes are made in the document, several emails are sent and this is annoying for the person who receives the emails. My question is: is there any way to check if there already was a notification in the last X minutes to the same person for the same status, not to send the email? How could I do this?
Thank you in advance.
hi,
set the Action merging as "max. 1 action for each action definition" in action definion and try.
Other cases, you can control it via start condition also. Please check,
Thanks

Hello Jansi,
Thanks for answering. I think this wouldn't help as it doesn't matter if is restricted to 1 mail per action, I want event for the next change on the document, that NO mail per action is sent if it was already sent in the last 5 minutes to the same person with the same ticket number.
