Hi Experts,

Please provide the user exit to calculate the difference between purchase order order qty and delivered qty after setting final delivered indicator in migo. appreciate if you can provide the tech details of the fields order qty, delivered qty, final delivery indicator. thank you.

you can create a query report with tables EBAN - EKET - EKPO ,if you want for invntory try MARD

i give screenshot you , please try it.

but , take into account left outer join some tables.

Kindly use the above fields and  relevant tables to combine to get open purchase statement to get through Z-report

Note:

There is no user exit existing one more thing in ECC 6.0 version there is no User exit we need to call it as customer exit only .Kindly confirm with ABAP guy through BADI is it possible or not?

Develop a Z report using tables, EKBE,EKKO,EKPO.

EKBE for document flow that shows GR and IR respectively,

EKKO and EKPO for PO line details.

or you can use ME80FN standard report, but you need to sort it for your needs.

Hi,

Please use EKKO, EKPO, EKBE , MSEG as per requirement.

You have to club multiple GRN done as against 1 PO line item . Ths difference of EKPO-MENGE and  summation of GRN QTy will give you final result.

Also during this process please considered Reversal GRN documents.
