                 i am creating material master with mrp details.but i am run ing md02 plnd orders does not raised. whai prblm plse tel me?

Dear Varesh,

As suggested by our expert Mr. Mangalraj , first go through the forum and search for the related threads.

Please check any stock is maintained for this material.

Whether the MRP type is maintained as PD.

Check in MD21 , whether planning file entry is created or not.

Check the procurement type , it should not be F.

Check whether your PIR demand is in Active ..

Check and Revert...

However to help you, check these points,

Check if any requirements exist for this material, check if the MRP type is relevant to MRP..

In case if the stock/existing planned orders are sufficient enough to meet the requirements then in

this case also the system does not create any new planned orders.

In case if you are receiving any error ,please let us know the error to help you further.
