Crystal for Enterprise SP5 report fails when scheduled

Hello Gurus

We have recently upgraded our BI Environment from  BI 4.0  SP 2 to SP5 upgrade and found whenever I schedule crystal for enterprise report it fails with an error Unexpected database connector error (CRS 300003).

Let me explain you in more detail on how I am creating this report. As I log into the BI Platform I have created a new relational connection(Oracle OCI) and developed a report. But when I save my report crystal prompts me to choose a connection that are defined in IDT and so I do choose a connection from IDT which is also a relational connection and saved the report successfully. Now I went to BI Launchpad and tried to scheduled the report and it fails with database connector error. On the otherhand my webi reports run perfectly which also use the same connection from IDT.

Any inputs are highly appreciated !!

Thanks

Abhi

Append "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64" to the PATH environment variable on the BI 4.0 server.

Restart the Server Intelligence Agent (SIA).

"Change the directory to the location where you have installed BI 4.0"
