CRM Survey Suite PDF conversion : Error 2 ADS

Dear All,

I want to view Survey in tcode CRM_SURVEY_SUITE in pdf form. When I click on the pdf icon on application toolbar, I am getting error 2 ADS.

How to resolve it ?

Nikhil,

Q1)In survey Print for PCUI we cant Print the survey or get the Blank PDF.The same may happen in WEB UI also.

A)Check that all the Blue Print customizing as per the note 732987, /email address601424 is there or not in the system.

B)Check the note  944221 for Troubleshooting if the problems occur in PDF forms or Adobe configuration.

C)Please check if ADS(Adobe Document Service) is installed on

your system.Also please note that Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed one every client which wants to print the Survey.

D)Please check that the service below is active in your system:

The path to activate the print service is:

Default_Host -> SAP -> CRM -> CRM_PRINT.
