Error BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN

Hi gurus,

I am using the bapi BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to create CS orders, and operations when creating the PM03 type operation, I enter a service using the method SERVICEOUTLINES and SERVICELINES, but I is generating the error SRV 038.
