No Sap entries for non located countries

Hi,

When consulting any table with country grouping there is no entries for non located countries, for example UY (Uruguay) , Is there something that has to be activated or that I can do to have at least the SAP standard entries for Processing, Evaluation and Cumulation Classes and Wage Types?
