DSO data deletion using Process chain

Hi All,

Please help me in resolving this issue.

We need to have only last one year requests in the DSO.

for example when the process chain runs on 15th Aug 2014, it should delete the data loaded on 15th Aug 2013 in a DSO.

i know about Delete_facts but just searching for amy other available option.
