Visualize Plan - internal error...merge a subPlan with itself => will cause errors

Hello,

I am getting the following error when trying to execute a visualize plan in HANA Studio:

[129]: transaction rolled back by an internal error: tried to merge a subPlan with itself => will cause errors!

This only occurs for some queries not all. The queries themselves execute with no problems and the Visualize Plans initially load successfully. The error only appears when I actually execute the plans. Right click green button or F8.

Has anyone seen this error before? Any idea on how to resolve it?

We are seeing it on Rev 53.

Hi Sebastian,

I took a look internally and a similar bug was solved AFTER rev56, so I guess your best shoot is upgrade to latest revision, or give a try on rev 58 if you have a system in hands.

This error seems to be older (not too old). Are you using the latest revision?
