Hi Bharghav,

Please check the task manager in your system as the java web start will take some time to load the jars in your machine

Please check the below screen. if you find the javaw.exe in your task manager it will work and ur ESR and ID will open but it take some time depends upon your system configuration.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Uday,

Thanks for the reply.

Actually the problem is with java version. i have updated to java 7 update 25.

It is having some bugs and don't have the web-start application in the installation file.

Java released the version JDK 7 update 40, to fix these issues.

so i just installed this version and ESR and ID are working fine.

Hello Bhragava,

Check this wiki - Troubleshooting PI ESR and Integration Builder Logon Issues. Try deleting the Java caches.

Also let us know the exact Java version you are using and also your PI version.

Hi Bhargava,

As you have two Java versions installed, there will be two Java consoles. Disable the java 7 version in both consoles and enable the java 6 version in both also. See note 1614742 Using Java Web Start with different PI releases. Then try if that allows you to logon.

Hi Bhargava,

I have edited the note link. I think you should be able to access it now. As I understand it, there should be another Java console which may have the 1.7 version enabled.

Anyhow, there are several problems with this Java version 1.7.0_25. I would recommend that you uninstall this completely as this is probably preventing you from accessing the Integration Builder.

Hi Mark,

i tried it from the service market place as well. it is not working.

i'll try it by un-installing the all the java versions and install it.

ill update the status on that..

Hi Bhargava,

Enterprise Services Builder and Integration Builder run on top of Java™ 2 Standard Edition 6.0 (J2SE 6.0) which includes Java™ Webstart. Do you have this Java version installed?

Best Regards
