SQL error when adding BP / Renaming a layout

Hi,

I was trying to add a customer in the business partner master data window but i keep on getting this error:

[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Conversion failed when converting the nvarchar value 'C2000036' to data type int. (CINF)

I run into this same error earlier when I was trying to rename a report. This is the first time I encountered this, what are the possible reasons for this?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
