Hi,
I have registered a hana cloud account with my i ID from here :https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com/
But when I try to deploy the helloworld to the trial server:hanatrial.ondemand.com
It returns the following error:
Do you have any idea?
Thanks.
Hello De-zheng Chen,
it look like wrong password.
Can you try to deploy again with IDE, but first clear your Eclipse secure storage (in case you have wrong password saved there). To do so open Eclipse Preferences/General/Security/Secure Storage choose tab "Content", select [Default Secure Storage] in the tree, press "Delete" button and "OK" to close properties. Sometime after this operation eclipse wants to be restarted.
If you get the same error again when try to deploy please attach the workspace/.metadata/.log file here, so we can examine it.
Meanwhile you can deploy using the command line tool - more details here: https://help.hana.ondemand.com/help/frameset.htm?030863cd5d0d4dd3b742957970f8eec9.html.

Hi Dobri,
Thank you.

The password I used is my SAP id password. And I use my sap id to registered the Cloud Account. I'm not sure which step is not right.
Thanks again.
Hi De-zheng Chen,
"The password I used is my SAP id password. And I use my sap id to registered the Cloud Account. I'm not sure which step is not right."
This explain the problem.
For SAP employees there is an additional step that they need to do.
When we use SCN we do not log-in, but instead we are logged automatically using our certificate and all our (SAP employees) passwords are generated. Because of this we do not know our SCN password that is needed to perform deploy on the cloud.
You need to reset your SCN password - so you will know it and using it for deployment.
regards,
Dobri
