Advanced Claims - Define New Fields

Hi,

I'll like to add in new fields in the ESS Medical Claims screen. What I have done is via these 2 IMG steps.

Define field attributes at request level

Define field attributes at multiple line item level

But after configuring, I can't see the newly defined fields. Can any guru pls help advise on it?
