What kind of reports are available in hybris marketing??

I´d like to know which are the reports that hybris marketing provides. Do you know where i can find that info???

Hi Krish,

for sure, in Hybris Marketing On-Premise you can also use the BusinessObjects Cloud for any HANA View which you develop by means of your HANA Studio. Different to Marketing Cloud, however you have to set up the live data connection by means of a Web-Dispatcher configuration according to the Blog.

In addition one can also still use Lumira with its desktop or server version.

Looking forward we are planning to provide the capabilities above with the next on-premise version of Hybris Marketing in 1708.

reporting on product and orders must be done with different CDS basic views. YOu must use Interactions and the associated product segment.

Hi Josef,

how can i achieve reporting based on products/orders/sales?? there is one CDS View "Sales Order Item Cube" , which has two parameters P_exchangeRateType and P_currencyDisplay.For P_exchangeRateType There is no data to select. so i am not able to see any output.

or if you could give your view on how to make reports based on order data having product info?

When launching the App Query Browser in many standard queries are available for Marketing Experts and one for Marketing Experts, The queries can be accessed, if the following business catalogues are included into the corresponding business role

Marketing - Contacts and Profiles

Marketing - Campaign Management

Marketing – Lead Management

Marketing - Planning
