Completed Shopping Carts visible in POWL

Hello Experts,

We use SRM 7.0 Extended Classic Scenario

The user has completed few shopping carts but it is still visible in his POWL.

The confirmation is done, GR created and even invoice. The include completed shopping cart button is not ticked and he has pressed refresh also. But still the shopping carts are visible.

What could be the issue? This surprisingly is only occurring for that user.
