Convert KG to Keg

Dear All,

When I am creating a new material and trying to enter 45 Keg to 1 KG and base unit is KG. But system is making it as 1 KeG to 1 Kg.

Shows the following error.

Alternative units of measure have been checked and corrected

Message no. M3028

Its a new material, where can i do the customization? Kindly suggest.

Hello Fazal ,

The conversion factors for alternative unit of measures are always calculated by the first specified unit of measure of the same dimension. If you want the conversion factor of the Alternative UOM to be a completely independent unit of measure , then it should be maintained in "NO dimension" or you will have to maintain the correct conversion factors for the alternative UOM in Transaction CUNI.
