Hi,
We have workflows which are struck with Document status 'SENT' and workflow status as 'COMPLETED'.
Now my problem is that we can neither change its status nor perform any action using 'SWIA'
Any suggestions on how we can make the workflow restart or in process or even status change so that work item can be forwarded manually rather than f deleting the work flow instance and asking to re-apply
Your help is much appreciated
Thanks in advance
Sunny
Hi,
Could you please elaborate on your requirement?
It seems to me that what you really want is a different workflow which doesnt end prematurely.
Other than that, you can always manually execute the tasks/method in foreground using the container element data from the workflow log, or reinstantiate the workflow using the same event and key, or uses SWUS to start the workflow without event.

Hello,
You can't resume and you should not delete this workflow instance. The only thing you can do is restart it by re-doing whatever got it started, e.g. by creating an event in SWUE.

Hello Sunny !
If the top work item status is COMPLETED, nothing can be done.
You've mentioned about document status. I suppose you're relating it with work item status.
Is that any step in workflow, sends document ? What is the work item status of that step ?
Regards,
S.Suresh.
