I added field "SGTXT" Item Text in MSEG table under RM07DOCS program but field not appearing in MB51.Kindly advise how to proceed and suggest any Notes.

Ensure you have set the field in the path SPRO-MM-Inv Mgmt. & Physical Inv.-Reporting-Define Field Selection for Material Document List with Output ticked.

Also in MB51 output ensure the field "Text" is not hidden.

Further ensure you have the field SGTXT optional or Required for the movement types.
