I added field "SGTXT" Item Text in MSEG table under RM07DOCS program but field not appearing in MB51.

I added field "SGTXT" Item Text in MSEG table under RM07DOCS program but field not appearing in MB51.Kindly advise how to proceed and suggest any Notes.
