Hi MRP Expert;

In MD04 in collective access, the list of requirment shows three columns:

  • Stock Days' Supply Without Receipts
  • First Receipt Days' Supply
  • Second Receipt Days' Supply

I wanted to manually check the results for an article by applying the principle explained in the SAP help, I did not lead to the same results.

Is it possible to detail me how do the calculation. The objective is to set up alerts based on these values for the MRP Manager.

Here is an example vith list and détails

Thanks in advance

Hi

If my understanding is right, you want to check the values in tcode MD06 (collective MRP monitor, if you double clic you go to MD04). You can run tcode CO09. In the other hand, I believe Note 549752 - FAQ: MRP elements in the MD04/MD05 will help you.

You can also enhance MD06 with a BADI and add up to 7 fields more for helping the MRP controller. See the badi MD_ADD_COL_OVERVIEW

I hope this helps you

Hi Eduardo;

Thinks for your Replay.

However, I think that I found the logic of the calculation. Through the example that I have attached, I will try to explain how the calculation for the 'Stock Days' Supply Without Receipts'.  (thanks to my friend YD for his participation) :

In the view of MD04:

The stock shortage occurs at 16/08 with a quantity of the requirement of 10800.

The stock quantity before shortage, at 14/08 is 7070.

The standard formula is as follows: (16/08 - 14/8)-1 + (7070/10800), August 15 is a day not worked,

The formula becomes [(16/08 – 14/08) - 1] -1 + (7070/10800) = 0,6546

The field is numeric with one decimal, the value is rounded and becomes 0.7.

Best regard
