PI system Upgrade error: Duplicate texts ids found for RFCs/IDOCs

Morning,

I am doing a PI upgrade and one of the pre-checks (http://sdnuxxid.ppc.co.za:50000/rep/support/CheckService) which is "check for missing keys in admin data" is failing with the error "2 duplicate texts ids found for RFCs/IDOCs". I have logged a message with SAP AG and I am not happy and satisfied with the level of support.I have checked sap note 1154961 which is relevant to this problem but the "try to repair errors"is not supported by
com.sap.aii.ib.server.check.db.CheckMissingKeys. Below is the check results, kindly help please.

This problem was resolved by SAP AG PI developer by the name Anuja (Very helpful chap). The below is the query run to resolve the inconsistancy
