No data in Tax Number 1 in report S_ALR_87009895

Hi,

In Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases report, I have pulled in "Tax Number 1" column in the report layout. However, when I execute the report, there is no data. Checking the customer master data, there is a value maintained in "Tax Number 1". This is strange. Is there something I have to activate so that the report will show the data for Tax Number 1 in the report?

HI

tax number 1 is populated with value from customer or vendor  master data  general data from field STCD1

you must check  read address data

do you get  all other address information like name1 or street but  no tax number1 ?

try also transaction S_ALR_87012357 uses same program

and possible explanation may be that you are using transaction on some company code that have some tax specific modification

which country is in question?

I missed out on the indicator "Read address data". Thanks.

The Tax Number 1 values are populating now. However, it does not populate for gl account type bseg-koart= 'S' with blank customer/vendor number. Just found out that my column for customer number, name and address is derived from user-exit.

it is not possible, the report  S_ALR_87009895 extracts data from table BSET. While in this table, there is no such field "Tax Number 1".
