Non-Cumulative is summarizing for Quarters

Hi SCN Members,

I am facing issue with the non-cumulative Key Figures. I am trying to upload the data in this fashion. My expectation is when i run the report, the data should show as 1 for each Calendar Quarter. But the records are getting summarized. I have used the 0TOTALSTCK and 0RECTOTSTCK(Inflow), 0ISSTOTSTCK(Outflow).

Can anyone please help me to achieve this. I have put the 0calday and the 0plant as non-cumulative values.
