How to show the date description in Crystal Reports 2011?

I have migrated a report from CR XI R2, there we have a date prompt which is displayed as below in red. But after the migration to CR 2011 the description ( please enter Date Time in format "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss") is not showing up.

Do we have any work around to achieve this? Please help!
