HI Expert
How to assign costing sheet to additive cost estimate
Regards
Ajeesh.s
Dear Ajeesh
Costing sheet will be picked through costing variant automatically by the system. Why you want to add it. Probably I am not understanding your query properly. Please give further details on it.
Thanks

HI Expert
Why you want to add it.
Example
We have one SFG(semi finished good) as per our client new process they are transferring SFG from excise able plant to non excise able plant here just imagine our SFG rate is 1000 without excise this amount transferring to non excise able plant and here we are adding 10% excise rate (1100) this excise amount we calculated with the help of costing sheet in receiving plant (non excise able plant ) via Additive cost method

Ajeesh,
you can tackle this way as per your Business requirement.
Include addictive cost
Plant A- 1000- ZCSA ( Costing sheet for Plant A)-
Plant B-1100-ZCSB ( Costing sheet for plant B)-
use ck74 to add addictive cost to the materials for Plant B.
Also you need to set the indicator Incl. additive costs for each valuation strategy in the valuation variant and
In costing variant
1-Select additive costs are to be included in cost estimates that you create with this costing variant or/and
2-select additive costs are to be included when calculating overhead or/and
3-additive costs are to be included when transferring stock to another plant.
Best regards

Hi
In my opinion, you must use Price Control V in receiving plant so that exact amount of excise is inventorized, rather than an estimated amount from costing sheet
You would lose the break up of cost in receiving plant, but stock valuation is more important (legal reporting)

Hi Ajeesh,
I think you can use shop floor to shop floor method with it`s movement type.

Hi,
Additive cost will be used in only standard cost in addition to regular cost which arises from BOM, Routing and normal Costing sheet given in costing variant. What you require exactly regards costing sheet and additive costing?
