Assigned service requests tracking assignment block for agent or employee

Hi,

I'm configuring service requests,lead etc...I do n't see any standard functionality in CRM to track assigned requests or lead to an employee ( Assigned in Parties involved in block ) or organization unit (agents assigned) in the home screen or work lists unless we do any development on it.

Please let me know if any standard configuration available to see requests assigned to employee or his group in the home screen of his business role ( eg: service pro ,marketing pro )

Is there any standard enhancement with SAP to update in crm ?
