CUID in webi report

Hi Experts,

I have been using hyperlinks in my report, to be precise i am using opendoc fuctioanlity in BO Xi 3.1. Now i need to move my reports to different environment.

I need to know will my hyperlinks work there, will the CUID will change in diff environment. If yes, what way i can avoid this.

Hi Rohit,

As per thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/3302503:

As long as you are using Import wizard(XI R2 & XI 3.x) or LCM ( XI 3.x & BO 4.0)) for promotion/Migration the report CUID will be preserved; however, SI_ID will change.

If you are using CUID in Opendoc hyperlink then it should not get affected after migration.
