[Help] SAP 9.0 troubshooting

Hi experts, I'm so much frustrated and disappointed in SAP 9.0. We recently upgrade to 8.82 PL 10 to 9.0 PL 3. With newly reformatted machine and server we've encounter so much error. But most of them are resolved. And this are the remaining issues.

1.

We are trying to add another database server in SLD but we can't add, I don't what to do with this error.

2.

The add-ins portion was missing. But when we used Crystal reports 2008 it does show.
