Hi Folks,

I have a repost function.Every week it is executed via process chain.Planning sequence fails when run via process chain and error is "Incorrect Counterpart selection.".

I tried executing the sequence manually and it is successful,no errors.

Another thing i observed is counterpart is neither used in Fields to be changed or in conditions.

Kindly advice.

Thanks

Hi,

when executing the sequence in RSPLAN - do you enter any variable values?

Do you run your sequence in process chain with a variable variant?

Hi,

The planning function has no variables and no variable variant is present in process chain.

there is a filter used in the planning sequence. Usually the filters are defined including some variables.

Hi,

Go the the modeler (tcode rsplan), edit the planning sequence you will get the technical name of the filter, in the same interface go to filters tab and check what's exactly in the filter.

Hope it helps.

Hi,

can you put up a screen shot of the error and perhaps the associated error codes. This will help to find the solution.
