The company is not listed in the SLD

Hello

I have SBO 8.82 PL11 having trouble with the dashboards in a computer (pc of the general manager ) After following note 1619422 of always using ip or always using machine name, the company no longer is listed in the SLD. I followed the following instructions

Root cause1: The company is not listed in the SLD(Integration Explorer -> SLD)

Solution1:  Steps to recreate the entries.

Make sure all the business One client are closed.

login to Integration Explorer->Scenarios->Setup->Select B1system and make it is active.

Stop B1i services (DI Proxy, EventSender and Integration)

Use below query to delete all entries of SLSP and SLSPP tables in SBO-COMMON database.

delete from SLSP

delete from SLSPP

Restart B1i services (DI Proxy, EventSender and Integration)

Now open business one client, and login into the company database.

Did it several times and never the company appears again. What can I do for the company to appear again ?

Hi,Hector.I don't konw what version of your B1i now.But you can use "Tools"->"TroubleShooting" and select "B1 Setup" to open "Configuration for SAP Business One" window.In this window,I think you can find a red cross ahead of "B1 company DBs " entry.After expand this entry,you can see one or more "Sync" button at here.After you click the button,the system need you select Sync type:delete entry from SLSP or create  SLD in B1i.I advise you select delete entry.After you syncd all entries,you can open B1 and  under "Compny select" window,click "Refresh".The B1i will auto create SLD in B1i immediately.

- No Company database appears in the SLD

Solution: De-activate and re-activate the sap.B1System scenario (B1i Framework UI, click Scenarios in upper menu, then select Control in left menu).
