Output type to disable in the list of the output in Change Shipment

Hi Professional,

Myself and the development team created a customized report in Shipping Schedule. The Sales and Marketing group has a level of accesses in the Shipping Schedule whereas they dont have an access to change shipment, which has been applied in the business when they started using SAP. the Delivery and Shipping group has an access to change shipment. But since we have the customized report based on the S&M request and through the configured output type we can generate the so called "Authorization to Load" which is the ticker for the Delivery group that the material is ready for loading in the vessel. I have created a two test user which is for the S&M level of access and D&S level of access as well. the S&M test user with an assigned authorization object is completely tested and ready to deploy in PRD. Unfortunately, when I did a test using the test user account via D&S level of access, the authorization object that supposed to be reflected only for the S&M group are reflecting as well on the "output" for the Delivery group via Change Shipment VT02N, which is not right. This group could possibly generate an "Authorization to Load" when they selected the configured authorization object (output type). Is there anyway for me to disable the selected output type?
