Strange situation with loading data from CRM generic extractor

Hello!

I've got strange situation with my generic extractor Y_OPPRTUNITY in my CRM system:

When test extractor in rsa3 transaction - I've got correct data - and about 1000 records - it is ok.

But when I run info-pakage - in BW system - I've got 0 records and information - that there is no data - in source (CRM) system. Below is the sysytem message

The data request was a full update.

In this case, the corresponding table in the source system does not

contain any data.

Info IDoc received with status 8.

Check the data basis in the source system.

So, quiestion: Why does it happen and how to solve this problem ?

Sinserely,

Denis M. Galinsh

    Hi Denis,

Are you able to get other datas from CRM. Is this the only datasource thats causing the problem. Just wanted to check on the connectivity between BW and CRM.

Also when you run the infopackage from BW is there a job running in CRM.

    Bye

    Hi gurus,

Has anyone got solution to this situation.

I'm also facing the similar situation. I've created my own extractor in CRM using BWA1 (BWAdapter), did all kind of mapping, assigned to sync BADI. When I executed the my extractor in RSA3, it is retrieving some data, but when executed in BW, it is not retrieving anything.

    Thanks for your answers,

    Regards,

    Venkat
