During the check prerequisites phase I get 2 errors:
Missing patch: libXext-devel-1.1-3.el6.i686 Missing patch: libXext-devel-1.1-3.el6.x86_64 Failed: Maximum user processes (ulimit -u)
I'm following the install guide for Red Hat and yum installed the correct packages and edited the /etc/security/limits.conf to unlimited for ulimit.
The I installed the missing patch with all the dependencies. Any ideas?
cat /etc/redhat-release Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.8 (Santiago)
Not clear on your question - did you install libXext-devel-1.1-3.el6.x86_64 package and still installer didn't see it ?

Hi Bruce,
Since you have CRS you shoudl also have a support contract. I suggest you log a case in SMP and use the BI-BIP-INS as the Component and work with an Engineer to resolve the issue.
