Sum of first two column is calculated incorrectly

Dear all,

I have two blocks for which the business partner ask to see the sum of them at the end of the block as an extra column.

For the first one I did the calculation and it is ok. However ı am seeing incorrect values after ı dıd the same formulas for the second block, which can be seen as attached

I wonder what the probable reason for this discrepancy. and what type of formula i should write in order to reach the proper solution.

Hi both,

I actually have two different formula in each table and with the same measure.

I thought of changing the syntax a bit but I couldn't found and corrective solution.

Attached is a descriptive document regarding the issue.

First one is right and the second is incorrect calculation result I must change to

Hi,

What are the first 2 columns represent in blocks?. Months?. and what does the "First Month of the year - Previous Month " mean on first block?.

Can you post with the months too?.

I believe you need a bracket for the Company Code as below

( [Company Code]="1000" Or [Company Code]="1001" )

Hi Eddy,

For your problem, there are two possibilities.

• Same formula in both blocks with Same objects
• Same formula in both blocks with different objects

If same formula for both blocks with same objects then why dont you create a variable and use it in both blocks.

If same formula for both blocks but different objects, then check following

• Make sure the formula is correctly made
• Make sure the data in objects are  compatible with formula

The provided screen shot is not much helpful to understand your problem. Can you provide more detailed one? Also can you provide formula used in both blocks ?
