Adding room name in subscription E-Mail

Hello,

I would like to add the name of the room to the subscription E-Mail, e.g where the discussion is created or is changed.

Is this possible?

If I use the <subscriptionname/> tag, it only shows "Discussion" as the name, which is the same in every room.
