SEFAZ Rejection 699 - J_1BTPARTILHA set as 60% even for returns from 2016. Is it a bug?

Please send it to Renan Correa

In 2259931 - FAQ of Brazil's EC87 and NT003 solutions, there is a very good question

B6 - In a return process in SD, how does it work the calculation of ICMS Partilha? In a case of return with ICMS Partilha after 31/DEC/2015 of a billing previous than 01/JAN/2016, how does it work the calculation?

The return must reverse the invoice postings. In this case, the copy rule (transaction VTAF) should be with a pricing type that does not recalculate the values, such as D. Even if it is after 01/JAN/2016, the return of an old invoice must follow the original situation.

We are now in 2017 and all returns from 2016 is getting now 60% for destination and SEFAZ is sending back Rejection code 699 -

"Percentual do ICMS Interestadual para a UF de destino difere do previsto para o ano da Data de Emissão"

How to fix it

NO returns from 2016 are working at all.

Anyone else is facing this issue
