Can't see detail on payroll third party postings - msg HR3PRNA406

We ran a payroll third party posting. I am unable to drill down into the detail on the simulated posting, and get the message "an explanation of some or all document lines is not possible". However, I can see the detail on "live" third party postings. Does anyone know what caused this?
