KE13N uploaded problem

Now we are facing a problem that I could not uploaded KE13N CO-PA plan by unicode file.The system report an error K9072, But when i eliminated the fields "plant" , The file could be uploaded sucessfully, but i want to know how the system can controll the charateristic fields when uploading. I have manually posted a KEPM line , the system report an similiar error.
