Bex Hierarachy node repeats issue

Hi Gurus.

I am using the Bex Query Analyzer and when i run the query the hierarchy node repeats multiple time . I searched SDN and i did  not find any answer.

I tried all the settings in Query designer . Could you please help.

Hi Magge,

It is because of the characteristics you have added, for each value of the characteristic in the cube a new row is added. This is the normal behavior. In your case, characteristic "customer" has different values for any node.

Hi,

Check the detail nodes of your hierarchy.

Is it FF loading from through Source system?

If it is loading from Source system, need to cross check hierarchy structure from source stem and refresh same through loading at Info package level.

Can you check Hierarchy Industry has any compounding or repeated values in hierarchy.

HI Magge,

Can yu remove Material and Customer from the Default View and then Try to see the output.

We can understand the required format better.
