BO field selector empty in Byd 1305

I have an extension on a standard BO, with some extensions fields, and I want to set some some fields visible or invisible based on another extension field , but when I choose adjust properties on the extensibility explorer the BO field selector is empty.

Does anybody knows what's the problem?

Thanks,

BR,

Anda

    Hi Anda,

yes, I would also create an Incident as the selector should be available.

Anyway I found a solution that worked for me: Just change the size of the window "Adjust Properties" and the selector might appear. Also if you retry quite a few times you might have a different result.

In general the UI Switch / Adjust feature that we can see is a very nice one 😊

    Cheers,
    Jens

UI Extension capabilities in ByD are yet to mature. They are very very very limited as of now.

You can do some things while you can not do most of the things like the one you are trying to do. LOL. 🤣 🤪

Same issue on 1308, I get an empty BO Selector dialog.

I tried to install the Studio again, but nothing changed.

    Anda, was your issue solved?

    Hi Anda,

try to update UI Metadata (in the UI Designer -> Tools -> Update Metadata) and ensure that your custom fields are of data type Indicator
