Quantity Delivered is a calculated value that is shown in the screen, but not stored in the database, if I remember it correctly. What is your requirement?

You will have to look up EKBE-MENGE and sum for

all lines for a PO Number and Item.

You can also use EKET-WEMNG. Agian all lines for a PO and ITEM needs to be summed up for your req.

I don't think that LIPS-LFIMG reflects the actual quantity delivery. It may say that in the text, but I don't think its that easy. I think that value is copied from the sales order from the order quantity. This value reflects what is "Supposed" to be delivered. If this is what you want, then fine. But if you are looking for the quantity that the customer actually recieved, then you will need to do more work. The picking quantity that you see on the screen is calculated and reflects the quantity that has been picked against the delivery note. Picked meaning that, this is the quantity that you intend to ship to the customer. This may be the closest thing you have in the system to an "actual" delivery quantity.

Rich is correct. LFIMG is not the actual delivered quantity.

For POs, it is the sum of all the goods receipt quantities for that line item.

For SOs, it is the sum of all the goods issue quantities for that line item.

You first message mentioned SD so I got confused.

For PO you can use EKET-WEMNG or EKBE-MENGE.
