Process server goes into 'connecting' status and platform agent service hangs


One of our Platform Process server goes into 'connecting' status very frequently. When this happens, platform agent service on the windows server is stuck and could not be restarted manually. To resolve this issue, every time we have to reboot the windows server. Once we reboot the windows server, the process server comes back into 'running' status.

The Platform Agent process stops logging the messages in platform agent trace when this issue occurs during that period.

The firewall on our platform agent windows server is completely disabled.
It is really cumbersome to reboot the production server everytime we face this issue. Please advise.

We are on M33.120.
