Exception massage after MRP

Dear All

I have maintain  in OPPQ-->Rescheduling -->comparison  value are 15 days for Tolerance value forward & Tolerance value for displacemt both. I have created sale order  with delivery date 08.08.2012. and purchase requisition date for dependant requirement is 13.08.2013. means diff  between requirement and delivery date is 5 Days . but systen is showing exception massage 10 as Reschedule in (08.08.13).

Please suggest  more setting required to remove this exception massage.

Hi sandeep,

Pls reschedule check once again.I have checked your delivery date is lying past as compare to your PR date.It should be is same year.

Hello

You have mentioned that you don't have a material group assigned to the material master, however, if you have an MRP group equal to the material type, system will automatically consider the MRP group settings (see note 34013). Do you have an MRP group called UNBW? What is the setting for the tolerance values?

Also, check for any active implementation of BAdI MD_MRP_PARAMETERS.

Hi Sandeep

Do you have any MRP group assigned to this material? In this case you should check if there are tolerance values also defined for the MRP group on OPPR, as it has a higher priority than the values defined at plant level.

I have not maintain MRP group in material master. Is any other reason of this error message occur?
