Failed to connect Unwired server

I must install a server SUP in local. It's a evaluation license for 30 days. The installation is a single server.

I open SCC (run as administrator) using the desktop icon and login to supAdmin .Sybase Control Center always shows the following error

"Failed to connect to Unwired Server. Ensure the server is running."

I have tried to change IP (localhost or 127.0.0.1) ,Port (2000 or 2001) but the error is always here.

I need help solving the problem.

best regards

Raf

Go to the services in the SUP server and make sure you have started all the services which include Unwired server too. Or from the desktop tap on the start services.

    • The error logs tells that the installation is now proper "

.sybaseworkspace1_0.event.dialog.swing.PanelLast, err, ERROR: Installation of Sybase Unwired Platform Runtime 2.2 has completed, but with following error(s):

Introscope agent(s) was not configured properly.

Error(s) occurred during installation. See installation log (at INSTALL-ROOT\InstallLogs\UPInstall.log) for details.

      "

You need to reinstall the server.
